• Dennis Mews is the Director of the company and has had thirty-five years experience in Defence and Health Administration, Hospitality, and more recently the management of training services.

• Credentials held include tertiary qualifications in Health Services Management, Vocational Education and Training, and Occupational Health and Safety.   

• RLD is approved to provide Business Services qualifications at the time of the development of this website, and is presently undertaking an addition to the scope of registration to add several more Business courses, Aged Care and Hospitality qualifications.

• RLD has written policies, procedures and management practices which maintain high professional standards in the delivery of training and assessment services and which safeguard the interests and welfare of trainees and/or clients

• RLD maintains a learning environment that is conducive to the success of trainees

• RLD has the capacity to deliver and assess the vocational qualifications for which it has been registered, provide adequate facilities and equipment, and use methods and materials appropriate to the learning and assessment needs of trainees

• RLD monitors and assesses the performance and progress of its trainees

• RLD ensures that teaching staff are not only suitably qualified and competent but are also sensitive to the cultural and learning needs of trainees

• RLD ensures that assessments are conducted in a manner which meets the endorsed components of the accredited courses and/or relevant Training Package(s)
